Yellowstone Lake Lodge Remodel

Project Description: This project started with an overall building condition assessment where GPD, PC provided consultant services evaluating the existing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing sub-systems at the Lodge, originally constructed in 1919. Follow-on projects for design and construction are phased to work around the Lodge’s summer operations. The first two phases consisted of major modifications to the building structure, addition of a lightening protection systems, as well as interior remodels of the Bathrooms and lighting systems. Mechanical work focused on main building and kitchen ventilation system modifications to accommodate the building re-roofing.
