Crazy Mountain Ranch – Town of Deadrock

Project Description: The project was the construction of an ‘Old West Town’ as a guest ranch. Great care was taken to replicate to the extent possible, the feel of the old west but meeting current code and construction requirements. The Town included multiple buildings that were set up as two story hotels with guest rooms, a Heating/Boiler Plant to resemble a ‘Jail’, a commercial laundry facility building, a General Store Building housing many of the administration functions, and a large Livery/Saloon/Bar facility. The Livery/Saloon/Bar includes a large event center for with stage areas for bands or other gatherings, a commercial kitchen, a formal dining area, and a bar and lounge to replicate an old style saloon.
