Project Description: GPD, PC has provided mechanical and electrical design services and partial construction administration services for telephone companies since 1954. The projects have a wide range of scope but generally involve providing new or upgraded electrical and mechanical services to telephone switch rooms and data room/centers. The multitude of projects have include work in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The average number of building projects per year is in excess of 50, with average annual construction costs for these projects exceeding $5 million. GPD regularly produces designs under fast-track conditions with minimal or non-existent change orders to the project.
