Building 25 BSL-3 Lab, Rocky Mountain Laboratories

Project Description:  Building 25 is a biological safety level 3 (BSL-3) containment facility and houses four complete and independent research suites and five animal holding areas. The facility also includes a centralized cage and rack washing area complete with tunnel washer, cage and rack washer, glassware washer and two walk-in autoclaves. A changing and shower room area is included with the animal care unit. The mechanical systems feature fully redundant air supply and exhaust systems, volumetric and pressure offset airflow controls and comprehensive direct digital control system with full graphics and three level alarm functions. The control system also includes automated dialing and remote monitoring for alarm response.
